WADF Carrot Cake

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
3 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup Wesson oil
2 teaspoons soda
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Put batter in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Recommend:
Frost with Penuche Frosting
