Brown Rice Casserole

4 cups cooked brown rice
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 - 2 ounce jar pimento
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
1 cup celery, chopped

Mix together and put in an oven appropriate casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Other vegetables can be added as desired.
